Cultivation:
This plant is not frost hardy.
Seeds are ripe from August to September.
Angelica prefers light sandy to medium loamy and heavy clay soils.
The plant prefers acid, neutral and basic (alkaline) soils and can grow in very acid soil. Can grow in semi-shade (light woodland) or no shade and requires moist soil.
